#ItemValue

Values in Type Soul aren't handed down by the developers — they emerge from the community as scarcity meets demand. When an item is hard to get and lots of players want it, its standing climbs; when it drops freely from raids or Clan Wars and interest is thin, it settles low. The "Currently Unobtainable" tag matters here because it freezes supply: nothing new enters circulation, so as those limited Vows and emblems trickle out of the pool, their relative standing tends to hold or rise. To talk about all this in a shared language, players benchmark against Shikai Rerolls — a base item used as a reference unit — but that's a community convention, not a rate anyone officially sets.

Read every ranking on this page as a community reference point, never a price. There is no developer-set value or official price in Type Soul, so a high position means the community broadly treats that item as harder to part with, not that it costs a specific amount. These standings shift as the meta moves, as new raids arrive, and as items rotate in and out of obtainability — they describe rough consensus at a moment in time, and they can disagree from server to server.

To judge whether a trade is fair, line up both sides against the same yardstick and ask if the totals feel balanced. Use the Reroll benchmark to sanity-check, factor in how badly each side wants what the other holds, and give extra weight to anything Currently Unobtainable since it can't be re-farmed. If someone insists their item is worth far more than its community standing, ask why — genuine scarcity has a reason. A fair deal is one both players would still accept after a calm second look.

Values are community reference points aggregated from public trading data — sanity-check figures for fair trades, not prices set by Type Soul or by us. Always agree a trade with the other player.
