Shiny, Mythic, and XL variants explained in Bubble Gum Simulator INFINITY
更新於 2026年7月
Why variants matter
In Bubble Gum Simulator INFINITY, the same base pet can hatch as a special VARIANT that makes it more sought-after. Because these variants change where a pet sits on the community scale, they're one of the first things to check on any trade. Get the variant wrong and a 'fair' swap can quietly turn into a loss.
The main variants
- Shiny: a shiny version that can hatch from any pet — it sits higher than the plain pet.
- XL: an extra-large version that can also apply to any pet — again higher than the plain one.
- Mythic: a mythic version, but this one only applies to Legendary-or-rarer pets, not every pet — you won't see a Mythic on a common.
- Shiny Mythic: the shiny version of a Mythic pet, which sits higher again.
Variants STACK
The important part: these variants combine. A single pet can be Shiny AND Mythic at once (Shiny Mythic), and XL layers on top of those too — so a fully stacked pet reads as something like Shiny Mythic XL. The more variants one pet carries, the higher it sits on the community scale. A stacked pet is a very different trade target from the plain pet, even though it started from the same base pet.
Why each variant sits higher
- Rarer to obtain: variants (and stacked variants) are much harder to hatch, so far fewer exist.
- Higher demand: traders chase clean stacked variants, especially on Legendary and Secret pets.
- It compounds: because variants stack, each one layered on top nudges the reference point up again.
- That's why 'same pet, different variant' can mean a totally different spot on the value list.
Check variants before every trade
- Read the exact tags on each pet — Shiny, Mythic, XL, or a combo like Shiny Mythic XL.
- Look up that specific variant on our community value list, not just the base pet.
- Watch for variant bait: a pet that looks similar but is missing the variant you agreed on.
- Re-confirm variants in the final trade window before you hit confirm — swaps happen at the last second.
- Run the whole swap through the free WFL calculator so both sides' variants are counted.
