The classic switch-before-confirm move is when a scammer shows a valuable unit, then swaps it for a lesser one in the final second before you accept, so read the exact units on the table right before you hit confirm, not when the window first opens. Refuse trust trades where you send first and wait on a promise, and never let anyone pull you off-platform to some outside deal or middleman.
