The values you see on TradingKeep aren't handed down by Frosted Studio — the game has no official value chart or RAP — they emerge from the community itself. Each item's standing is essentially scarcity multiplied by demand: how hard something is to obtain today, weighed against how many people actually want it. An Unobtainable knife that left the game can sit near the top because its supply is frozen while interest keeps ticking, while a common, currently-available skin sits lower because anyone can still earn one. When either side of that equation shifts — a limited item retires, or a skin suddenly catches on — an item's relative position moves right along with it.

It's important to read these rankings for what they are. A higher position means the community broadly regards that item as harder to get and more sought-after than the ones beneath it — it is a relative reference point for lining up fair swaps, not a price tag. Nothing here is denominated in real money or Robux, and no number represents what an item "costs." Think of the values as community reference points, never a price: a shared sense of standing that helps two traders meet in the middle, the same way experienced players carry a rough feel for what trades for what.

To judge whether a trade is fair, compare where each item sits relative to the others rather than chasing an exact match — trades rarely balance to the last point, and a little give-and-take is normal. Weigh the things a flat ranking can't fully capture: whether an item is Unobtainable versus still Available For Now, how badly you want the piece, and how easily you could find the same deal again. If someone insists their item is worth far more than its community standing suggests, or pressures you to rush, slow down. The best trade is one where both sides feel good after the window closes.
