How to trade safely in Adopt Me
更新于 2026年6月
How a trade works here
Every trade on TradingKeep is item-for-item — no real money, and we never set a price. You either list a pet and wait for offers, or you make an offer on someone else's listing. Nothing happens until both sides agree.
Step by step
- Find a listing (or post your own) and send or accept an offer.
- Add the other player as a friend in Roblox, or join their server.
- Open the in-game trade window with them.
- Both of you put in the exact pets you agreed on.
- Double-check every pet, its age, and its potions before you accept.
- Both press accept to finish the trade.
Check the username first
Before you trade, make sure the Roblox username matches the person you arranged the trade with. Scammers copy display names and profile pictures, but the @username is unique. Trade only with the exact account you agreed with.
Scams to watch for
- Trust trades — never hand your pet over first and trust them to 'send it back'. Use the trade window so both sides swap at once.
- Add-later — 'put yours in and I'll add the rest after' almost always ends with nothing added. Only trade what's in the window now.
- Displayed-pet swap — they show one pet, then drop in a different one. Re-check the trade window right before you accept.
- Fake middlemen — you don't need a third person to 'hold' items. A normal trade never needs one.
Use values + reviews
Check community values and run the trade through the free Win / Fair / Lose calculator first, so you know it's roughly even. And look at the other trader's reviews — a strong trade-verified history is the best sign you're dealing with someone real.
