Values in Epic Minigames are unit-less community reference points, not fixed figures. Coins can't be placed in a trade, so there's no in-game currency to measure against — the value list simply estimates how sought-after each cosmetic is relative to everything else. Those estimates come from the game's dedicated wiki and trading community, weighted by real demand, and items nobody has settled a figure for are left unvalued rather than forced onto the scale.
A few forces decide where an item lands. Rarity sets a rough floor, but scarcity does most of the moving: shop cosmetics you can still buy with coins sit low because supply is effectively unlimited, while limited event items and the exclusives from seasonal weekly and monthly leaderboards climb high because only a handful were ever handed out and no more are coming. Demand is the wildcard on top — a striking death effect or a title everyone wants can rank above something technically rarer that nobody chases, and interest drifts as the game adds new cosmetics and old hype cools.
Read the ranking as relative standing, not a settled number. An item near the top is one the community actively chases and treats as a centerpiece; lower entries are common and easy to pick up yourself. To judge whether an item-for-item swap is fair, line up both sides and check they land in the same neighborhood — and remember a bulky pile of common shop cosmetics can still fall short of one scarce, high-demand piece. A trade is fair when both traders are happy once they've compared the two sides, not when a number matches to the decimal. Treat every figure here as a starting point for the conversation, and let genuine demand between you and your partner settle the deal.
