Kaizen values form the way any player-driven economy does, where scarcity meets demand. An item with a fixed or retired supply, like the event-exclusive Easter Hammer and Easter Bow or standout blades such as Yuta's Blade and the Blood Scythe, holds a higher reference range than something you can farm on repeat, because no amount of grinding adds more of it to the pool. On top of raw rarity, community demand does the fine-tuning: how a weapon performs in a fight, how sought-after its look is, and how many traders are actively hunting it all nudge its standing up or down. Since there is no official value meter in the game, these ranges are pieced together from community sources and real trade activity, and our list stores the midpoint of each quoted range, then sorts items into Top Tier, High Value, Mid Value, and Low Value bands so you can see where a piece sits at a glance.
Read the tiers as a map, not a rulebook. If both sides of a proposed swap land in the same band, you're usually in fair territory; if one trader is stacking several Mid Value blades to reach a single Top Tier piece, add up the reference points on each side and see whether they roughly balance. Many traders also use Cursed Coins, the game's currency, to even out a lopsided deal or add a little on top. What the ranking can't do is force a trade or guarantee a figure, because the real value of any Kaizen item is whatever two players agree on in the moment. Treat every number here as a community reference point for negotiating a fair, mutually agreed swap, never a fixed price.
