Trading rules
Noob Tower Defense has no in-game trade window — trading happens player-to-player in the official NTD Discord, and you need to reach Discord Level 5 ("Recon") to post in the trading channels, a gate the team added in May 2026 to cut down on scams. Trades are unit-for-unit across the game's rarity tiers (Common up to Secret) plus Exclusive, Gamepass, and Potion items; older Season-1 units that can no longer be earned still change hands as scarce copies. The in-game currencies — Gems, per-run Cash, and Shards — are earned and spent inside the game and don't go into trades. Noob TD has no official in-game price meter; values come from real community trade activity (tracked by the owner-endorsed VaultedValuesX tool), so treat every number as a community reference point, not a price.

Noob Tower Defense is a Roblox tower defense game where you collect and deploy units across a rarity ladder that climbs from Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical up to Secret, alongside Exclusive event units, Gamepass units, and Potions. With Season 2 live in 2026, the trading scene sits on those units: deals are unit-for-unit, one tower for another, with no cash involved. Older Season-1 units that can no longer be earned still change hands as scarce copies, which is a big part of what makes the market tick.
What is unusual about Noob TD is where trading happens: there is no in-game trade window. Trades are arranged player-to-player in the official Noob TD Discord, and you need to reach Discord Level 5 — the Recon rank — before you can post in the trading channels, a gate the team added in May 2026 specifically to cut down on scams. The in-game currencies (Gems, which carry across runs, per-run Cash, and Shards for crate spins) are earned and spent inside the game and are not part of trades. Because deals are organized in the community rather than through a locked in-game window, the usual safeguards matter more than ever: lean on the server's vouching norms, never send your side first on a promise, and be wary of anyone rushing you or pulling the deal off-platform.
What drives a unit's standing is rarity meeting scarcity meeting demand. Rarity sets the floor, but a retired or event-exclusive unit whose supply is frozen tends to climb well past a farmable one of the same tier, and plain demand does the fine-tuning — Moderator, an Exclusive, sits at the very top of the community's want-list. Noob TD has no official in-game value meter, so the numbers here come from real community trade activity, tracked by the owner-endorsed VaultedValuesX tool. Treat any figure as a shared reference point for lining up a fair, unit-for-unit swap, never a price.
Noob Tower Defense trading FAQ
Does TradingKeep charge any fees?
No — TradingKeep is completely free. There are no fees and we never take a cut of your trades.
How does trading Noob Tower Defense items work?
It's item-for-item, player-to-player trading. You post the item you have — and the rolls it came with — plus what you'd take for it. Other players make offers, you accept the one you like, and you complete the trade in-game. No middlemen, no money.
Is any real money involved?
No. TradingKeep is item-for-item only. Real-money and gift-card offers break game rules and are banned here — report anyone who tries.
How does TradingKeep stop scams?
Several ways at once: trade-verified reviews so a trader's history is real, chat that renders every link as plain text so phishing can't land, a dual-confirm step on every trade, and a report system tied to visible outcomes.
What is a "trade-verified" review?
A review you can trust: it unlocks only after a completed trade that both sides confirmed. No drive-by ratings and no review-bombing.
Do my listings expire?
Listings stay live for 30 days and can be bumped every 6 hours to stay near the top. Done trading? Cancel a listing any time.
